The Vendor Package gives you the opportunity to sell/sample your goods and services for 14 consecutive weeks, or on a weekly bases. As a Vendor you will benefit from the large amount of media that is being placed to build this event larger than ever before. Applications must be recieved before 9am on the Friday Before the event you wish to attend by fax at 1-916-786-2139, in person or mail to 800 All American City Blvd, Roseville, CA 95678 or by applying online.
Thank you for participating in Downtown Tuesday Nights. We hope you have a successful year. Your booth # will be marked on the ground in chalk. Please respect your neighbor’s space.
Here are some Rules and Requirements.
You must enter the event on S. Grant Street. • From I80 Take Atlantic Street toward central Roseville, South/West • Turn Right on Atlantic Street, (Immediately after the Historic Railroad Train) • Turn left at the fist opportunity past Lincoln street and go the wrong way up the small alley next to the West House Bar and Hotel. Kristen will be there in a golf car to check you in from 3:30 to 4:30
Moving cones or barricades to enter the event is not permitted and will cause your vending privilege to be cancelled without a refund.
● Vendors may not park in the Civic Center Parking lot (311) during the event. We recommend parking in the 316 parking lot or on Atlantic Street. ● Liability Insurance is required by the Vendor for this event at one million dollars per occurrence. ● Property insurance is not required, however we will not provide property insurance and we will not be responsible for any property damage. ● Food Vendors will be responsible for being in compliance with the Health Department. Food vendors must fill out self check sheets at each event. Self check sheets are located in the information booth across from the Post Office. ● Vendors may not use A frame signs, unless used in their reserved space. ● Vendors will set up at 4:00pm and no later than 5:00pm. Driving on the street to unload is a privilege, please unload then park then come back and set up. ● Vendor s may not drive on Vernon Street after 5:00pm. Vendors may not tear down before 9:00pm due to safety and other reasons. Vendors must be of the street by 10:00pm. ● Vendors may not leave there vehicles on the street during the event. ● Vendors must maintain Handicap and Fire/Paramedic accessibility. Do not block Sidewalks and Crosswalks. ● Alcohol may only be consumed in the Beer and Wine Garden. ● No Bicycle or Skateboard riding is allowed in the event. ● Excessive tardiness, non-excused absence, or early tear downs will result in a $45 fine and may result in cancellation of vendor booth without a refund.
