Parking Starts at 4pm or when the streets are closed.
You must enter the event at the corner of Vernon and Judah only. From I80 Take Douglas West, right on Judah, right on Vernon. Moving cones or barricades to enter the event is not permitted and will cause you to lose cruising privileges.
Driving on the street during the event is a privilege, please drive carefully when parking or leaving (under 3mph). NO BURN OUTS, NO HOPPING OR RAPID HYDROLIC/AIR BAG USE (You may “slowly” lower or raise your vehicle when you arrive and leave) NO LOUD MUSIC.
We will provide DJ’ed music and a live band. Please save your stereo for the audio show.
Cars must maintain Handicap and Fire/Paramedic accessibility. Please do not block Sidewalks and Crosswalks.
The Tower Theatre has once again agreed to let us use their toilets during the event, (thats from 5pm to 9pm). Please help keep them clean and respect their establishment. If you see people making a mess or causing trouble please notify event staff or Police. If problems or messes occur we will obviously lose this privilege and have to go back to the portable toilets.
All cruisers must register and put the window plaque their in windshield during all events. Please keep plaque for future 2012 events. You only need to register once per year. Registration is available at the info booth.
Alcohol may only be consumed in the Beer and Wine Garden. Any “visible” alcohol consumption may be confiscated and or cited.
Please disregard parking stripes and back straight in. If you arrive early please park regularly until streets are completely closed at 4:00pm.
No Bicycle or Skateboard riding is allowed in the event. Please help us enforce this in a proper manner. (Police and Paramedics are exempt from this rule)
Please don’t act childish, if you’re having a bad day go to the ice cream booth and get yourself a cone, if that doesn’t make you feel better please go home. This is a family event and people are here to have a good time.
Three Merchants Choice Awards will be given out and the Raffle winners will be announced at 7:45pm at the information booth.
